Our pieces are handcrafted by artisan families around the world in craft-rich places like India, Mexico and Kenya. We work directly with small workshops that specialize in traditional embroidery, patchwork, and textile techniques—no large factories or sweatshops.

Orders ship directly from our partner workshops within 2 business days and typically arrive within 7–10 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way. In some rare cases, a product may need to be made to order, which might add a couple of days. We will notify you in such cases.

Absolutely. If your item is unused and returned within 60 days of delivery, we’ll be happy to issue a full refund. Just note: since everything is small-batch, we may not be able to restock the exact same style again.
